About Chef Aaron: Trained at the French Culinary Institute and worked in some of the finest restaurants in the world (The French Laundry, Daniel, Le Grenouille). He’s the owner/operator of Monkeytrain Grazing Co., here in Memphis, and was also an executive chef for the Hillstone Group (which owns Houston’s). His Railgarten food philosophy? Pure fun.
