Never Railgarten On An Empty Stomach.
It isn't a party until somebody puts out the grub. That's why the center of Railgarten is our take on the late night diner — with inspired classics for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Besides, is there ever a bad time to eat poutine? We just checked with Canada and they said "Hell no."
RAILGARTEN'S HEAD CHEF
About Chef Aaron: Trained at the French Culinary Institute and worked in some of the finest restaurants in the world (The French Laundry, Daniel, Le Grenouille). He’s the owner/operator of Monkeytrain Grazing Co., here in Memphis, and was also an executive chef for the Hillstone Group (which owns Houston’s). His Railgarten food philosophy? Pure fun. The kitchen is a playground — and it shows in every creative twist on culinary classics.
